at the Historic Arcade Theatre in Friday morning, 01-21-2011. Were invited
previous characters of the Year winners, among them was Fr Victor Caviedes
appointed Minister of the
Year in 2005

potential for great achievement. They are the heroes, traiblazers and
politicians who are making a difference in our community
